tenth and one quarter of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...A portion of Eastern Upper Michigan.

* WHEN...From 11 AM to 11 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation is expected to start as
snow/sleet late Thursday morning and early afternoon before
transitioning to more freezing rain during the afternoon.
Temperatures are expected to warm above freezing from south to
north Thursday evening.

Traverse Bay.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous highest waves which
could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
